Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with adequate services, and in a nice location close to Disneyland. However, there were some issues with service and dining. It's a decent option for the price.
The hotel room had everything we could ask for, clean, inviting, and perfectly located near Disney. But it did have a lingering smell of smoke even after moving to a new room, and it felt quite musty at times.
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were exceptionally clean, they felt damp and lacked proper natural light, plus we encountered a conference room situation. The service, on the other hand, was superb with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient for Disneyland but required a walk along a major freeway. The dining experience offered a wide variety of food choices, although there were some issues with happy hour. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland but the noise from the nearby highway can be disruptive. The rooms could benefit from cleaning and upgrades, and the light switches being in another room can be inconvenient. On the positive side, the open corridors provide a unique experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location allowed me to watch Disneyland's fireworks each evening and it was a great place to relax. However, the room I initially stayed in was right outside an elevator, extremely noisy, and had road noise, which was quite disruptive. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a downside for me.
I have to be honest, my stay here was not great. The room I got was like staying in a crack den; it smelled, the door didn't close properly, and I didn't feel safe at all. The pool was so packed with people, it was a no-go zone. The whole place had a layer of filth that made me think twice about sitting anywhere. On top of that, the dim lighting seemed like they were trying to hide the room's flaws, and it faced the parking lot instead of the promised view.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with extra pillows and space, but cleanliness needs improvement. Staff is friendly, though service could be more helpful. Located conveniently for Disneyland visits, but caters to transient guests. Dining options are a bit overpriced. Limited facilities.
